Pipeline laser ring profiling can accurately measure and document the “actual” internal dimensions of a pipeline unlike the older technology, commonly referred to as Mandrel Testing, which is based on nominal pipe sizes. Typically used in conjunction with a pipeline television inspection system it can assist the owner or engineer in assuring that a pipeline or liner was installed properly and according to the specification.  Coolvision™ laser ring profilers can be utilized in the pipeline rehabilitation industry to assist the owner or engineer in the proper design of a lining technology and also provide a Quality Control procedure for installed liners. The owner will be provided with a lining conditioned verification report throughout the entire line section, not just a "coupon" test.  MilliM™ is a defect and crack measuring tool and software. This technology allows a standard "Pan and Tilt" camera to accurately quantify defects that are typically discovered during an inspection such as joint gap tolerances, cracks in pipelines, lateral sizes and other observations.
